Kevin Scanlon and Chan Reid

Kevin Scanlon (guitar) and Chan Reid (fiddle/vocals) have been performing together for many years in Irish ceili bands throughout the UK and more recently in the well known Irish duo Arís. They play a mix of traditional Irish tunes and songs and are working on their first album due for release in 2017. They are thrilled to be performing as part of the House of St Patrick. Chan is an award winning sean nos (unaccompanied/old style) Irish singer and will be performing a selection of rarely heard songs on the night as well as toe tapping tunes on fiddle.

Yap

All the Irish like to chat but I claimed the name. I am Yap and that's exactly what I like to do. As well as bringing song and poetry to the night, I will be bringing the essence of what it means to carry the word. As a philosopher of life and love I will consider the importance of the word and talk about growing up in a family of musicians and how it shapes one's life in the most beautiful way.

Amy Fellows

Amy Fellows is a recent illustration graduate from NUA, Norwich. Her practice is a jungle of collage, photography, print making and model making often inspired by a narrative, sense of place and historic event or issues. Originally from Hastings, she has featured on Will Self's blog and at D&AD's New Blood.

Gail Borrow

Gail Borrow is a writer, curator and theatre maker, bumping into fascinating curiosities all the time. There’s so many of them that they require a bit of juggling. Gail never learnt to juggle (she’s pretty rubbish at flying a kite, the 14 times table and would prefer not to be beaten at scrabble). Attempting, missing the catch and doggedly pushing on takes her to surprising places.

Pea Crabtree

Pea rides the dusty plains of letterpress with her canine companion, Ernie Spartacus Crabtree. Spontaneity, gallons of ink & dog biscuits are the key ingredients to their studio practice. Warning: do not expose them to Hatch Show Print, Weetabix or Janet McTeer after midnight.
